The Men and Women will be competing for the 2004 Ford Worlds from April 17-25, 2004 at Gavle, Sweden

The Junior Men and Junior Women will be competing for the 2004 World Juniors from March 20-28, 2004 at Trois Rivieres, Quebec, Canada
